The time required to perform a property inspection varies according to the conditions and age of the property. The average time for a thorough inspection is 2-3 hours. All inspections are not the same, we can give you a better time estimate when you place your order. Your reports will be available for you and your REALTOR to view on my website and will be delivered to you in a digital format, complete with pictures. Full Color, printed, binder copies are available at an additional charge.
All costs will be discussed prior to scheduling and presented in writing for your final approval. You will be required to sign an Inspection Agreement prior to the beginning of our home inspection and payment in full is expected prior to commencement of the inspection.

Because Trusted Home Inspections provides the highest quality inspection services, we chose the best reporting software in the industry to generate your inspection report. We use HomeGauge Software Services to produce media-rich reports that include high-resolution images and detailed notes from your inspection. You may access your report online using any smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
Within your report, you’ll have access to a valuable tool called Create Request List (CRL). This interactive tool allows the buyer, seller, or REALTOR to indicate how they’d like to address any issues discovered during the home inspection. CRL simplifies negotiations so you can move easily towards closing on your home.
